We're looking for professionals proactive and results-oriented with a clear commercial vocation to join our team as Point of Sale Manager (GPV). This role is fundamental to the success of our strategy, as you will be the visible face and the ambassador of our brands directly in the store. Your main mission will be to ensure the correct implementation of the defined commercial strategy, effectively maximizing the visibility and, consequently, the sale of our products in each establishment.

As GPV, you will take care of a series of key responsibilities which directly impact performance. This includes the management and optimization of the lines, ensuring the facing appropriate references and proper placement of advertising material (PLV). You will also need to monitor the stock by proactively detecting and managing the breakages to ensure the constant availability of the product. The implementation of the plan, price verification and strict compliance with the promotional plan will be part of your day-to-day, ensuring that each point of sale reflects the image and standards of our brand.

We're looking for a person. organized, flexible and with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be the bridge between the brand and the point of sale, so your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the store staff is crucial. You must be empathic and analytical, able to quickly identify business opportunities —such as the negotiation of additional spaces or headers— and analyse the competition to feed the commercial address with value information.

Main functions of the post

  • Optimize the visibility and positioning of the product in the linear.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of PLV planograms and material.
  • Control stock to avoid breakages and ensure product availability.
  • Negotiate preferred spaces and second exhibitions in store.
  • Implement and follow up the agreed promotional campaigns.
  • Perform activity reports, sales and competition analysis.
  • Training store staff on product characteristics and benefits.

Requirements and Skills

  • Demonstrable prior experience as GPV or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the high-consumption, retail or specialized sector.
  • Excellent negotiating, communication and persuasion skills.
  • Organizational, planning and time management capacity.
  • Driver's license and availability to travel in the assigned area.
  • Management of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting.
